Are most hospitals warm?

The Hospital that I currently volunteer at is quite as normal as you would expect it to be.. warm when its cold outside and vice versa. The only thing I can see as different as the lights being off for certain periods of time (I come in at about 3:30 when i volunteer and the lights are off until about 4:30, daylight outside doesnt really change by much)
