Hi, thank you in advance for any help.

I'll be graduating this spring and apply this coming summer for medical schools and I was a bit concerned about my clinical hours. I was going to volunteer a lot more during last year, but obviously that couldn't happen. I am currently at 280 clinical volunteering hours and 70 shadowing hours. I volunteered at one hospital from 2017-2019 and then another for all of 2018, and then with the red cross first aid from 2017-2019. Do I still have a chance at T10 with that number?

Here is the rest of my application for reference.

Not a problem. Make sure that you can have good conversations with interviewers about the experiences.

The biggest issue here is the 3.99 is not 4.0.

@Goro The clinical hours I included in the first paragraph were not included in the breakdown, sorry for the confusion. I volunteered at two hospitals (discharging patients, helping them with their needs (water, food, linens, checking on their day) which was for 130 ish hours. And then for 120 hours I worked with red cross as a first responder. So I provided first aid at different events around columbus, and I've seen a lot of crazy stuff with that all the way from giving a kid a band-aid and comforting them to dealing with an unresponsive patient that was on drugs.

@Goro @TheBoneDoctah the other concern I had was time enrolled vs hours. Like will they be like "he volunteered here for 3 years but only has 120 hours smh"

Nope. You're golden.
