I feel like that average accepted of 20-21 is somewhat outdated no? Based on what I've been seeing on this forum, a 20-21 is extremely common.

Yes. The average DAT for matriculation is 20 according to ADEA.

SDN is not representative of your average pre dent. This place is full of gunners and over achiever.

I've seen people with 23AA got rejected. So once you go beyond certain AA (20-21), I guess it's all about the interview if you get one.

Yes, I read them here. I feel sorry to hear about people got rejected with 23-24AA with ok interviews.

And this is what I worry about too. It gives hope for those did okay on the DAT, and everyone gets an equal chance once they make it to the interview.
