are my ECs good enough for a SMP program?

Need some advice on what i can do to be a more competitive applicant? My gpa is mediocre but my issue is i'm not sure how competitive I am as an applicant. I have limited extra circulars. Some volunteering through a club i am a part of but it is not at one location or something long term at a specific place (like 1 month we volunteer at the food bank, the next somewhere else, etc). Heavily involved in 1 club. Dance. Shadowed 2 doctors for about 20ish hours. volunteered at the hospital one summer for 30-40ish hours (need to double check hours)-but this has been more longterm since high school but idk if i can include those hours. research for 1 year. EMT certificate but have had no opportunity to utilize it. For the next 2 months I will be volunteering for 4 hours a week at a homeless shelter to use my EMT cert, and a food bank. (so total about 30-40 hours in each). Over the summer i am looking to scribe or even work as an EMT volunteer with a crisis prevention organization. but these are summer stuff so won't be on my app. do you think i have even a good shot anywhere? my top choices for SMPs are midwestern and EVMS. any other places i should look at?
