Technically, Yes. PharmDs have the title of Dr. In front of there name. But while in a hospital only MDs can be referred to as Dr So and So, but a Pharmacist must be referred to as Dr. So and So, Clinical Pharmacist. It goes for the same for PsyDs or PhDs.
