Corny headline. I would be proud to be part of the middle class.

Physicians make amazing salaries. The problem is a spending issue for many. If you don't gain satisfaction out of buying depreciating, worthless items, it is more money than you will know what to do with.

And if there is midlevel encroachment, well maybe it just doesn't take as much skill to do some of these jobs as we thought.

The bigger issues facing us is all of the private money/investors riding on the backs of physicians and sucking the system dry. Write an article about that.

What about people that can't afford healthcare? (like this horrid middle class you speak of). Maybe they should be looked at more closely.
