Are Resumes Needed For Interviews?

I've read that some bring a resume to interviews. I have my first interview next week and I'm wondering if it's necessary to bring one? Isn't all of that information in our application?

If you've interviewed at some schools already, can you post regarding this (or if you plan on bringing one to future interviews)? Thanks!!

If you are bringing a padfolio or something to take notes in - you might as well bring an updated resume. That way if you will have it if you need it or feel like it will help you. Who knows - maybe you had an amazing internship/experience that wasn’t on your application and you want to update them on what you did. If you have an updated resume you can it with them to be put in your file.

If you aren’t bringing a padfolio or something to take notes in - I wouldn’t worry about it.
