It depends on the school. AZ, OK and MN were all done online, most the others I did were through the mail, and many had a few essays which are always fun.

I wish mine were online that would have been awesome, unfortunately all mine had to be sent by regular mail.

A few of mine were online, a few paper....I felt like the paper application was better. One of them actually said "your handwriting will be taken into consideration"...I believe it was UCLA's, a fairly long supplemental app.

Yeah, UCLA and UCSF were long! Try to type your answers on the computer, it looks better and the readers have a much easier time getting through it.
