Are secondaries received only after primary application is verified?

I have not yet decided the final school list while waiting for the verification of primary application. Should I put the schools I definitely will apply into the AMCAS so that I may received secondaries before the primary is verified?

Some, but few, secondaries come in before verification, but most will not.

It's up to you on when you want to fill them out.
