You'd have better luck with Listservs, because they are a bit more protected. Check APA and/or the various divisions for more info.
I don't think it'd be ethical to post about cases with anything more than VERY vague details in a public forum. We have case discussions in various parts of SDN, though psych is a bit harder to do that because there is potentially more identifying information needed. It is a fine line to walk on here, and I generally lean towards not having them because we need to protect our clients'/patients' privacy.
As for Nuts and Bolts discussion, I wouldn't see a problem with talking about that....we've had some discussions in the past, though it probably shouldn't include spec. cases.
