Are there any other medical schools that combine Global Health with medicine like MSIH does?

Hey, I'm a pre-med graduate with a ton of public health and global health experience. I am interested in either pursuing a PhD in Public Health or an M.D. with a Medical school heavily focused on Public Health/Global Health. I understand that many medical schools now have Global HEalth tracks and so forth, but I really want to identify any programs that push a very heavy emphasis on Public Health coursework even conducting PH course alongside Medical schooling like the Medical School for International Health in Israel. Whose global health focus is mentioned even in the about page http://in.bgu.ac.il/en/fohs/MSIH/Pages/Introduction.aspx. With either a medical or academic doctoral degree I hope to lead the field of public health with administrative work, instead of thorough practice, so having a medical education with a heavy focus on PH is important to me.

UTSW does. I have a few friends that are getting a M.D. with Distinction in Global Health or Community Health. Check it out, hopefully this is what you're looking for.
