Are there any post-bacs/SMPs that take give fee application fee waivers

So, I'm kinda broke right now. I got a fee waiver (FAP) from AMCAS this last year, and I'm wondering if any of the SMP or post-bac programs will waive the application fee.

I know the PCOM Biomedical application is free if you apply online, I'm just looking for some more options.

My BCPM is 2.8, but 3.8 in the last 30 credits. Took the MCAT twice, 28 the first time, 31 the second (11p, 11b, 9v). The GPA jump happened after I switched to a school I could afford to not work 25 or more hours a week.
