Are there postbacc programs where you take second year medical school classes?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Or just a level higher than first year medical school classes?

Doubtful. Most classes build on themselves. You could take them as a graduate student but not in a post-bacc that I know of. I took 2 second year med school classes (pharmacology and neuroscience) as a non-degree graduate student, where AMCAS classified one as a post-bacc course (100-level) and the other as a graduate course (which was a 200-level course).
