no; all you get is a dry and erase board and markers. Already tried and asked the ADA.

I thought I saw someone saying "use saliva to erase to save time, instaed of asking for new boards"

It depends on where you take your test I took my first DAT in May of 2011 and had boards and an eraser and then retook it in August and I was at a different test center and got boards with markers and you could not erase, so I used saliva because it beat raising my hand and waiting for someone to come help you.
