Other than writing the PS of course.

Disclaimer: How I write my posts are nothing like how I write in real life.

Question: I feel like my curriculum so far has gotten me writing until I've gotten sick and tired of writing. I'll probably vomit if I have to write once more. Deviating from the rudimentary English I-II and Lit courses I've had to take a course in:

-Technical Writing for Scientists and Engineers (Engr course)

I've had to write detailed lab reports (10-15 pages weekly) in both Ochem I, Micro, Physics I and II, and my Genetic Engineering lab.

I have a class about experimental design (another Engr course), and that was the straw that broke the camel's back in terms of getting me sick and tired of writing. I had to write weekly essays that would run 20-25 pages (imagine from January to last week) on technical experimentation like sound wave analysis throug ha DAQ board, mass-spring oscillator and frequency perturbation, etc.

I've written for Humanities, Art, etc.

I just feel like my curriculum so far is "Hey, can you write large essays". I've probably written over 750 pages as an undergrad. Is there anyway I can use this to my advantage in applying or talk about it?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. The way to demonstrate good writing skills is to write a good PS and good secondaries.

A lot of people have written a lot of essays; talking about how many essays/pages you've written seems a bit pretentious to me.

Like say my liberal arts prof who writes my medical school interview says I have excellent writing skills, and I can communicate my ideas well....do you think that's a good element to add to my qualities?

Well yeah. Good writing skills are always a plus, they're a sign of good communication skills. If a prof mentions that in a letter then it can only help. But I wouldn't really expect it to be a huge boost to your app. A ton of good writers apply to medical school each year.

It will sound a lot better if someone else says this about you, than you saying it about you.

Yeah, leave it in the letter - that's great. But you should already be showing those skills through your PS and secondary essays so no need to state it somewhere else. It would be a little redundant.
