Are you able to specify letters of rec for ACCOMAS?

I am applying both MD and DO and obviously different schools require different letter writers. For AMCAS I was able to specifically pick and choose which letters went with each program, but for ACCOMAS it looks like the initial 4 letters I sent to one school is automatically applied to any program I add. Do I have to just stick with this four letters? I also have not received my DO letter yet so it would end up being 5 letters total.

Unlike AMCAS, you can't pick and choose on AACOMAS. Whatever LORs you submit to AACOMAS, will go to every DO school you apply to.
