Does anyone know how accurate this tool is? Do we know where the stats come from?

I posted this Q on the osteopathic forum and haven't gotten a response. There is a separate tool for them:

I noticed that for the osteopathic stuff, it only has 22ish schools when there are really 30. Anyone know of any better tools?

this is a terrible tool...just look up 10%/median/90% mcat/gpa on MSAR and look at your scores
especially at top20 schools your stats are only part of the picture

Have you tried the school selector spreadsheet?

The allopathic tool is pretty correct it seems (don't know about osteopathic- didn't apply except to TCOM). The problem is that there is a lot more to an application than an MCAT score and GPA. It does serve as a decent foundation as to what schools you are competitive at though.

No, I have not. Where can I find it?
