Area of public health/health policy least quantitatively intense?

What areas of public health/health policy (or a similar graduate program) would require the least amount of a math/science based curriculum? I graduated from college with a high GPA, however am terrible at math/science (negating a MPP/MPA). I have a few years of experience working with state government/nonprofit related health legislation, however wouldn't last a minute crunching numbers.
