A.T. Still is the name of the founder of A.T. Still University- Andrew Taylor Still.

What they are asking about is, for example, are you an illegal alien? That would certainly prevent you from getting licensed. I think felony convictions might also be a problem. Being in the witness protection program could be a show stopper, too.
