Hey everyone,
I am a reservist in residency training at this time. I fully expect to be activated/deployed at some period in my 8 year obligation to the USAR. My question is this: the usual civ ER doc works 12-14 shifts a month (12 hour shifts)...what is the usual schedule for mildocs in my specialty? War zone service aside (I expect you're "always on" then), if I'm activated stateside or at a tier 3+ facility outside CONUS, what will my usual week/month look like?
