Does anyone have a comment (good and bad) on the general surgery programs at Madigan and/or Brooke? These are my top 2 choices (based off of location alone) for FYGME and residency. I will be rotating at both this summer. Thanks.

I'm a MS1 at the University of Puerto Rico (Army HPSP) with an interest in Ortho and GS, and would like to have some information about the programs at Brooke and Madigan. Does anyone have some info about the quality of these programs?
