Directions for obtaining W-2 from MyPay

If new students receive a temporary myPay password in their welcome letter, they just need to click on the Create an Account link on the myPay home page to create a Login ID and permanent password.
They'll need to answer "security questions" the first time they log in, but then they'll be able to reset their password in the future by just
answering questions rather than having a temporary password mailed or emailed.
If students forget their Login ID and/or password, there are myPay home page links to help them.
If they get stuck or just have questions about myPay, they should contact the Customer Care Center (copying verbiage from one of our SmartDocs emails):
If you do not have a password for accessing myPay, you can obtain one by clicking on the Forgot or Need a Password? link on the myPay website to receive a temporary password. If you have any questions concerning myPay, please call toll free at 1-888-DFAS411 or 1-888-332-7411, Commercial 216-522-5096, or DSN 580-5096, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Option 5 is for myPay questions.
