Does anybody have information on the format of the telephonic interview for the Army Oral Surgery residency? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
3 different oral surgeons (most likely O-6 program directors) will ask you questions for about 30 min total. They will range from what are 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses, to your favorite color and what animal you would be and why. No joke, I was asked all of these.
