Quick question on the snowbird year (army)...
I know that in between graduating dental school and beginning a specialty residency you have to do a 'snowbird' year before beginning your residency (assuming you've been accepted into a specialty straight out of dental school), but is the same true in between completing an AEGD and beginning a specialty residency program? - i.e. if you are accepted into endo during your 1 year AEGD, do you go straight from completing your AEGD to beginning the endo program or do you have to work for a year as a general dentist in between the two programs?
