Can someone please explain what it means for a compound to be anti-aromatic? I know what aromatic means and what compounds are not aromatic but i havent been able to firmly find an answer for this.

Thanks

I believe anti-aromaticity follows all the rules for aromaticity (planar, conjugated, cyclic) except for Huckel's rule.

Can anyone confirm this?

Correct antiaromatic--4n pi electrons
