Unlike like a lot of other recent articles which have focused on the exact provisions and why they may/may not reduce healthcare costs, this article suggests that it would not matter if a Republican or Democratic party was shaping healthcare policy. The reasoning is easy enough for the layman to follow and it's pretty short, so I recommend reading it. At the very least, it never hurts to hear another viewpoint you could bring up during interviews.
