A couple of years ago when I went (in chicago), there was a resident night out paid by baxter. First it was at a bar/bowling place, then they had paid like a $5000 tab at another bar afterwards and let people drink till it was gone.

Keep your ears pealed and ask the reps that come to your work for the next few months if they are going to do anything for residents. That would be a good meeting place.

Same thing in frisko last year don't remember if it was baxter or abbott but there was free drinks + food for residents
