I just finished the ASC organic test. 1-40 wasn't bad, but then is started to get tricky! I think it could have been worse. My prof says the national average is around a 50% but my school always gets about 65%. I think that is what he said. I hope I didn't let him down.

What did you guys think about the test?

I have to take that ACS standardized test too. Supposedly, the average score for my school is 75th percentile, I don't know what that equates to in regular test scores. My Prof. said this test is similar to the MCAT section so it should be good preparation.

I wonder if the test you took is the same as the test I'm going to take.

Oh, god. I remember that test. I think I got about 75th or so percentile - in our school, you had get at least 70th percentile to pass second semester ochem. A friend of mine got 99th percentile, and I got one of the lowest percentiles in the class, making me the village idiot. I still got a B in the class. And this, at a community college! I remember the second half being trickier that the first, too. Why? Why do they put us through such torture??? <img border="0" alt="[Laughy]" title="" src="graemlins/laughy.gif" />

I got 53 of 70 questions and was told that was the 90th percentile. I thought it was really hard as well.
