Hi, I just got an invite to ASDOH yesterday, and I was wondering how far is sky harbor airport to the nearest hotels to ASDOH?
Thanks

I am not sure, but I heard it's about 20~25minutes away.

oh wow...hmm it's going to get expensive. and i heard the interview is hard....i almost feel like it's not worth going

How did you get the interview? Was it by e-mail, mail, or phone call?

ASDOH is located at the intersection of Baseline and Recker Rds in east Mesa. The closest hotel is a CountryInn and Suites located on Power Rd and US60. The Hotel offers a free shuttle service and I am not sure what the limitations are on distance.

The hotel to school distance is probably less than 5-6 miles and by vehicle it should take you roughly 10 minutes to get there.

Good luck and congrats on the interview!

If your into community dentistry, I strongly suggest you go to ASDOH's interview. Just be yourself and you'll do great at the interview, nothing to worry about.

I'd gladly fill your interview slot. If you're not into it, there are plenty others who would like to have it.

The invite comes via email and looks like this:

thanks guys! Yeah i'm really excited about the interview, but at the same time, i'm really scared. I research on SDN, and people from last year said they'll ask you about current events....just a little bit worry about that part.:scared:

I think they try to throw you off guard with the random questions to see how you respond under pressure. If you don't know the answer, just say you don't know and don't try to BS your way through it. I know many students there and they all seem to be very chill, down to earth kind of people. I think you need to just be calm and confident. I live just about 3 miles from the school and I have an internship at the lab on campus that does all of their work. It's a great school. I was denied an interview this cycle, kind of bitter but that's how it goes. Good luck!

I just interviewed there today. I have been visiting ASDOH for about a year and a half for functions and etc. I love the school and especially the faculty. Dean Dillenberg is very personable and funny. Its an easy school to fall in love with.
ps the students are all tight knit as well.

I cant wait! best luck to all of us!🙂
