hello people who go to AZ or had an iview there.
i am gonna schedule my iview for the afternoon, which is at 12:45pm.
what time do you think i would have to fly in that same day to make it on time?
the iview ends at 5pm, so would a 7pm flight be fine?
i dont know how long it takes from the Pheonix airport to the school.
also, how much will a taxi cost?
thanks

I interviewed last Monday and I'm from here but a guy in my interview group took a taxi and he said it cost him $40. Afterwards he called some airport shuttle (van) and it cost him $20 for the way back. The school is about 15-20 minutes from the airport. A 7pm flight is fine. The interview won't go that late, probably an hour earlier than they said. Depending on where your coming from, flighing in on the same day should be fine. Good luck.

Give yourself a little time pre-interview just to be sure. It never helps to show up late to an interview - no matter what the excuse. If I were you I would plan on leaving the airport/rental car place by 12:00 at least. Look into rates to rent a car. That was actually what I found to be cheapest.

I interviewed 3 weeks ago.

If you're in the west, go shuttle. Mesa is no further than 20-30 minutes from the airport. And don't worry about showing up too early to explore...there isn't a lot to see around the campus, as its pretty small. (DANG nice though...)

If you wanna be a GP, Arizona isn't a bad choice...but good luck specializing.
