Hey guys, what exactly is this question wanting me to answer?

"Is there any information that is relevant to your ability to complete the A.T. Still University - Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health program and be eligible for licensure or employment that the University should consider?"

I dont know if it is wanting me to talk about my education or what.

A quick question to add on to this one about ASDOH is do we need to submit letters of rec to them separately? In the supplemental application...it requests for two...but I already submitted all 4 to aadsas...what's the deal?

Omg! I just completed their suppl. application too, and i did not submit it yet because that question confused me too, so i am just waiting for my boyfriend to ask him to see what his thoughts are coz i don't get it 🙁 .

They mean... did you do anything bad that would prevent you from becoming a dentist...

Because if so, we are not going to accept you because our statistics drop for every person that enters but does not graduate.

in a nut shell...

So, if you are fine and your record is clear (ie. not on a sexual offender list, a malpractice list, or you were not caught selling prescription drugs at your university...) then you're fine.

ok, another question to add to my original post is on their section where it wants your dental experience/volunteer and it asks for the Supervisors name, I never had a "supervisor" that i met for Oklahoma Mission of Mercy, so what do I do? Should i do some research to figure out who headed the organization? Same thing for other volunteer experiences, I never had a true supervisor.

Just do what you can. Anyone of even a little authority over you or affiliated with the organization who could vouch for you should the need arise (it won't).

ok, if I put "Unknown or N/A" or even the name of the association like "Oklahoma Dental Association" in place of a person's name, do you think it will hurt my app and make me look lazy?

I would put the organization name over putting unknown or n/a. It's there to discourage lying. Unknown doesn't look like you're lying, but it curiously stands out.

I went the extra mile to call the association and find out the person's name. =) honesty and hard work are always the best policy, thanks!
