Hey guys!

I received Arizona's supplementary today through e-mail, and I was a bit confused.

Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't seem like they ask you about observations/shadowing. Rather, they ask you about PAID dental experiences, volunteer (dental) experiences, and other non-dental community services.

Am I correct?

you are correct. That whole section was blank for me. Although I have shadowing hours, I was never paid... nor did I help by volunteering and assisting the dentist.
