Asking for a friend: VCOM-Auburn vs Sam Houston State

My friend has asked me to post here regarding her decision between these two schools. Please let me know what you would choose.

VCOM-Auburn:
Pros: More established/known, Cheaper tuition, whole block for dedicated with reviews by a professor daily
Cons: Moving out of state (she is from TX and has a dog)

Sam Houston State:
Pros: In TX, close to family in Houston, mentioned they might have "bi-weeks" prior to exams
Cons: Higher tuition, brand new school

VCOM-Auburn!!! A new school will always have a lot to figure out before they're are actually stable. Let someone else be the lab rat.
