CCOM vs. VCOM

Help!!! Recently got accepted to both and am trying to decide, please drop your advice/suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it!!

CCOM:

Pros:

• Location!!!! Excited for the city
• 30 mins from family [would live there and save money]
• Rotations within the Chicago area
• Lots of research opportunities
• Big class size
• Online recorded lectures
• Curriculum based on patient symptom presentation

Cons:

• Biggest con: PRICE!!!! 83k is insane
• at least 2 exams per week if not more
• Graded scale with GPA
• Very rigorous schedule as per current students

VCOM:

Pros:

• Significantly cheaper
• Loved the environment
• Very available and friendly faculty
• Research opportunities
• next to VTech campus
• Less exams than CCOM from my understanding
• Online recorded lectures
• Less rigorous schedule than CCOM from my understanding
• Students seem genuinely so happy there

Cons:

• 4 hours away from family
• Rotations are further from the campus - might need housing for the 4 weeks of the rotation
• Graded scale
