I'm pretty sure in the US the first one's a freebie. 😕 They have to tell you they feel it's not appropriate (verbal warning) before it can be considered harrassment. :meanie:

Sadly, no. In extreme cases (for example, smacking a co-worker's behind) you can be immediately terminated from your job and then it's up to the potential defendant to decide if that's enough punishment. I forget the exact terminology, but the basic idea is that you really should know better.

Since when have personal accountability and good judgment been expected out of people in this country?
 
Back in the days most female rphs I worked with were fat and lazy. No pun intended. Nowadays, kids graduating out of pharmacy schools are better looking and hot. Too much temptation...:laugh:
