Despite the fact that many providers rely on this for patient safety and have already paid for the app, ASRA has now made the Coag app a subscription model $6.99/annually. This change happened a couple months ago and they appear to be sticking with it despite the backlash.

How are we feeling about ASRA's new policy here?

What grinds my gears is I already paid for it once. And now they’re asking for a yearly subscription.

Just don’t update the app possibly is a solution? My app works just fine still. Though it’s probably only a matter of time until they pull that BS of “this app is outdated and you have to update it to keep using it”.

its not the cost, its the idea. i have to pay for this app now, and then what? there's a million different little things we could be charged for. then i have to renew it every year. then i will get marketing and ads from them. i sort of despise how these businesses are run these days. it is nearly impossible to keep track of all the apps and months subscriptions. unless you buy another app that keeps track of it......

Totally the fact that I paid for it and now updated to subscription model with no recourse to go back to previous version

Right about now is the time for SIS to drop their own coags app that says the vast majority of ASRA’s recs are BS.

I’d pay them double whatever ASRA charges
