Hi! anyone know of an up to date ASRA type chart that shows all the anticoagulants and time until neuraxial technique and related information? I am looking for something to give out to our surgeons that is quick and dirty.

Use the UW chart. Way more user friendly.

Agree that the UW chart is great. Another option is to download the ASRA app. You can select the medication your patient is taking and it tells you their recommended guidelines.

+1. The ASRA app has been recently updated to version 2.0 (4/11/18). Easy-peasy.
