Astronomy class

I mean does it qualify to be part of AADSAS BCP science? It is just silly if it is considered non-science.

oh yea-the 'other-science'. When the school says have a "science" professor write the letter of recommendation, it can be from 'other-science' professor and not necessarily from bio, chem or ochem professor right? Or do you think it must be professor from the BCP category?

I think astronomy does go under other science, but it's not BCP (unless it's astrophysics). I think it would be good to get LORs from BCP professors if you can, but if you have an other science professor (like astronomy) that will write you one, get it.You might want to think about getting a LOR from your atronomy professor AND another one from a BCP professor just for s***s and giggles. I doubt schools will complain about too many LORs.

Also, if your school has a heath science committee that write you a committee letter, do that!! Good luck!!
