In wake of the new changes in test content of USMLE 2011 how updated would NBME self assessments and Uworld Q bank be. What could be the latest editions available. Can any one opine.

I just finished my first pass thru Kaplan and Goljan audios and annotated FA 2009 ed. What would be an ideal next move.

Is Micro from FA enough if supplemented from U world. Kaplan feels too exhaustive.

I was not aware of "new changes in test content of USMLE 2011"... what are these changes?

No big deal about "new" change. However USMLE official web site has it in its 2011 announcements a change in the content( listed) and increase in immuno and more clinical than before. It could've been already incorporated and may not be a big change.

I just saw a question in Uworld about a disease underlying mechanism with a very recent upgrade (1/26/2011).
