when you are invited for an interview, is it true that your gpa/pcat are no longer considered, meaning, are you on the same level as those applicants with the 4.0/99th% PCAT?

That isn't true. However, you could do better during your interview than someone with those stats, and the weight could shift. Also, getting an interview is your chance to show other strongpoints about you and to convince the interviewers that you can handle pharmacy school.
