At what year of medical school can i get usce

Hi
i was wondering which summer vacation can i use to get the letter of reccomendation ( is this given every time someone do a usce ?) and i don't know if i'm too young !

Which summer is best ?

1 year , 2 y , 3y , 4y ,5y or 6y ( but in this case i have the final proof on july and i'll became IMG )

It depends on the program you go to. Usually final year.

I'm a bit ignorant .. i can do it in the summer between the 5 and the 6 year because the summer after 6th year i'll be graduated .. so it isn't tecnically the last year ! and also can i do only electives by email the university on this list https://services.aamc.org/eec/students/ or i can do more ? 8 (observership ecc) thnks !

I'm from Italy .. and from spring of the 6 i start 3 months of experience and i have to take the exam on july .. so i'll became graduated and can't do electives ! can you help me ? can i do them in the summer of 5 ?
