I am two years into my BS in Computer Science but I realized that CS is awfully boring, so I looked into other things for the past couple weeks and I want to be a PT. My school doesn't currently offer this program, and I think it would be difficult to transfer and try to swap credits and whatnot. My school does offer a BS in athletic training. Would grad schools accept me if I have a BS in athletic training into a DPT program?

It doesn't matter what your undergrad major is as long as you complete the required pre-requisites for the schools you are interested in attending to PT school.

They're generally something like:

2 semesters of anatomy/physiology w/ lab
1 semester statistics
1 semester general psychology
1 semester abnormal/developmental psychology
2 semesters physics w/ lab
2 semesters chemistry w/ lab
1 semester exercise physiology

I may have missed a few, but you get the gist.

I do not think having a degree in AT would hurt, and would more than likely benefit you! To add to what the previous poster said, many programs will also want Bio 1 and 2 with a lab. If you cannot transfer programs, then you could take up the pre-reqs independent of your degree in CS. Remember, you do not have to have a specific degree to matriculate into a DPT program.
