ATSU-KCOM Evaluation Form Section III not required?

Hello

I am about to give the evaluation forms to my evaluators and I noticed on the form it says "Section III may be substituted with an official packet or letter. This form must accompany any packet or letters submitted."

So does this mean I can only complete section I and II and send ATSU by mail. And send my official LORs(I have 2 individual letters) via Interfolio?

So section III is not required?

I only submitted my official LORs via Interfolio and KCOM just marked them as received..and I also got an interview invite..So I would assume it's not really required..
