Attention former and Present St. Louis University anesthesia residents

As always a great forum for information.
Can anyone from the St. Louis University anesthesia program please comment on the former chairman ....Mark E. Comunale, MD. Apparently he was at SLU from 2002-2006? How was he to work for? Is he a good guy? Is he a diplomate or dictator. Please feel free to PM me on this one. Thanks

I think Dr. Comunale will be remembered as a leader at SLU. He definitely had a vision for the program. He can be forceful (dictator-like) in trying to acheive his vision. I think his Boston background (personality) rubbed other chairmen the wrong way while he was here in the midwest. I am curious as to why you are asking. Feel free to PM me.
