Okay, lets see...
both have the same potentials (if you work hard) to get into the states and get a residency...correct??

AUC
-developed island
-small class size
-less than 10% attrition
-does having the word "caribbean" in AUC's name affect you later in the US??

ROSS
-underdeveloped
-large class size
-about 15% attrition
-is DeVry's taking over a good thing or a bad thing or it doesnt matter?

Go the one that accepts you. If they both accept you, then go to the one that suits your personality. It is really simple. If you like solitude then go to Ross. If you like urbanization and tonnes of activities then go to AUC.
