im trying to create approx 2-3 lectures/week
eventually will have a great library of video lectures
this will be helpful for the new anesthesia residents starting up
and perhaps a nice review for the seasoned veteran anesthesia studs

You can even leave comments after each video, audio clip or even after the lecture notes content. This can be a place to make clinical correlations and discuss similar cases. The more senior anesthesiologist can help the newer generation with thier experience and help people to understand the material from a more personal level through other people's clinical experience
