I thought there was way too much motivational garbage which was a waste of time.

Fortunately most of the campfire-coffee-boiling crap is at the end of each section, so you can skip to the next track and miss it.

I used to listen to them on the drive to work. About 20 minutes of that voice is all I can really handle in one dose. I thought Big Blue was very high yield for the ITE, and since Audio Blue is the same material, it might be useful to some.
