I'm trying to find a good set of audio CDs for the USMLE step 2, so I can listen during all my driving time between rotations. Anyone have any good suggestions.

Has anyone used these CDs or the Internal Medicine CDs from these guys. I used a few of the Step I CDs and they were OK...interested to see if anyone else thought they were worthwhile.

I used the gold standards for step I and thought they really helped. I wouldn't use them exclusively, but I commute 45 min to and from school, and the CD's really made my commute time productive. I'm planning on ordering the step II's.
