while it does have some useful analogies that do help you remember some things, it covers everything very quickly and it seems to skim the surface. 4 of the CDs are physics which is useless, and even though i can appreciate a nerdy joke every once in a while, it can be literally painful to listen to.
if you've got the money to burn and are interested in getting whatever you can to maybe get you one or two more answers, then go ahead and get it. Overall I think you'd be better off doing problems and looking up difficult topics in your textbooks.
some of the stuff is very MCAT specific also. I don't want to sound totally negative, there have been some diamonds in the rough that have definitely stuck with me and I expect will come in handy on test day.
