Anyone know of a good audio resource for surgery (or even medicine)? I know Recall has audio, but anything else?

In case anyone else searching or browsing cares, Goljan has some gen surg lectures.

I found the "Surgery ICU Rounds" Podcast from a doc at Vanderbilt through the iPOD store. It is free, and I find it very helpful because he is really thorough and each podcast is only about 45 minutes.

I listen to it on my way to the hospital or when I'm on call and I can't sleep. I am surprised at how much I have picked up from it.

This is the website: http://burndoc.libsyn.com/

It is by Dr. Jeffery Guy. You can download mp3 formats directly off the website.
